Odessea Inspection Services ensures that all employees maintain independence, objectivity, impartiality and integrity in the conduct of their inspection services. All employees shall be free from any commercial, financial and any other third party pressures, which might affect their judgment. Independence shall also be extended to ensure that no person or organization external to Odessea Inspection Services can influence the results of inspections.
The competence of staff at Odessea Inspection Services is continuously evaluated on an annual basis to ensure that all staff has the required ability to perform the inspection services. Additionally, refresher training is conducted annually to update on industry practices as well as applicable standards that needs to be adhered to.
